- Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we’re unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.
- Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 48-96 hours period where your items will be manufactured (if not in stock), processed and dispatched by our warehouse.
- We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers.
- All items are insured against theft and accidental damage from Fur N Furs to the shipping address. Once your purchases have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance. If you have specified a recipient that is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift), then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at their delivery address) is evidence of delivery. This signature is also evidence of fulfillment of your order by Fur N furs and transfers the responsibility of your purchased goods to you as it would by signing for them yourself.
